YOU’RE AVAILABLE FOR MY EVENT, NOW WHAT?
To officially secure your booking, I require a 25% deposit and a signed agreement. This guarantees your date is saved and is necessary to confirm your booking of my services for your event. Upon initial contact, I can hold the date for 7 days however, due to a high volume of enquiries, dates book out quickly so I can’t hold your date past this time.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I GET IN TOUCH?
Due to a high volume of enquiries, please get in contact as soon as possible to avoid missing out on your date. The best way to get in touch is via my contact form.
CAN YOU TRAVEL TO MY EVENT?
Travel up to 30km from Melbourne GPO to the venue is included in the pricing. If your venue is further than 30km away, a travel fee will apply which will will be discussed prior to booking.
DO YOU TRAVEL INTERSTATE?
Yes! I will travel anywhere and everywhere for your wedding or event! I recommend making contact with me no less than 3 months ahead of time if your event is interstate.
DO YOU PERFORM FOR OTHER EVENTS OTHER THAN WEDDINGS?
Yes, of course! You can book me to perform for any type of event: anniversaries, birthday parties, high teas, engagements, funerals, corporate events, private events, etc. If you would like to discuss booking me to play at your event, please get in touch via the contact form.
DO YOU WORK WITH OTHER MUSICIANS?
Yes! I love an opportunity to collaborate with other musicians and performers.
WHAT HAPPENS IF COVID CRASHES MY EVENT?
In the case that you need to reschedule your wedding for any reason, and I have your new date available, all payments made until that point will be transferred to the new date. If I am unavailable for your new date, it will be treated as a cancellation.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO SET UP?
Set up can take anywhere between 15-60 minutes (including soundcheck) depending on the type and scale of event, and is completed before guest arrival. Your booking time does not include any setup or pack down time - this is all done outside of your booking times.
